How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size, and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout and follow the payment steps.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select regions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. Contact us at support@one9global.com.

What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above โน999. For orders below that, a nominal delivery fee of โน49 may apply.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 3โ7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be available soon!
๐ Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed products within 7 days of delivery. Items must have original tags and packaging.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at orders@one9sportswear.com with your order ID and reason. Weโll guide you through the process.
Are returns free?
We offer free return pickup for damaged or incorrect items. For other reasons, return shipping is to be covered by the customer.

How do I find my size?
Use our Size Guide on each product page to find the best fit. Our apparel is true to size unless stated otherwise.
Do you offer plus sizes?
Yes! We currently offer sizes from XS to 2XL. Weโre working to expand further based on demand.

How should I wash my One9 apparel?
We recommend cold machine wash, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang to dry for best durability.
