At One9 Sportswear, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Returns will not be accepted for innerwear, socks, or discounted items unless damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

• Incorrect size received
• Defective or damaged product
• Wrong item delivered

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the exchanged product at no extra cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

1. Email us at support@one9sportswear.com with your order ID and reason for return.
2. Wait for return approval and pickup instructions (if applicable).
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Hand it over to the assigned courier or drop it at your nearest courier hub (as per instructions).

Refund Policy

• Refunds (for returned items) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after quality check.
• If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will initiate a refund via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

Important Notes

• Return shipping is free for first-time returns. Subsequent returns may incur a shipping fee.
• In case of damaged or defective items, please share a photo or video within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• One9 reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
