Eligibility for Return
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns will not be accepted for innerwear, socks, or discounted items unless damaged or defective.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Incorrect size received
- Defective or damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the exchanged product at no extra cost.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@one9sportswear.com with your order ID and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and pickup instructions (if applicable).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Hand it over to the assigned courier or drop it at your nearest courier hub (as per instructions).
Refund Policy
- Refunds (for returned items) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after quality check.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will initiate a refund via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
Important Notes
- Return shipping is free for first-time returns. Subsequent returns may incur a shipping fee.
- In case of damaged or defective items, please share a photo or video within 24 hours of receiving the product.
